Refund policy
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns once the package has been delivered.
However, if:
- the product arrives damaged,
- you receive the wrong item, or
- your order is incomplete,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the package and product

If approved, we will provide:
- a replacement, or
- a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
